      A traditional Japanese home remedy, Sho-Ban with the addition of umeboshi and ginger.  
      
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mitoku Organic Kukicha Tea
 - ½ shredded Mitoku Umeboshi Plums, or ½ tsp paste
 - Few drops Mitoku Organic Shoyu Soy Sauce
 - Few drops fresh ginger juice
 
Preparation Method
- Bring kukicha tea to a boil, then remove from heat.
 - Add umeboshi, shoyu, and ginger juice.
 - Steep 1-2 minutes before drinking.
